Our Story

Team Equine is a family owned “Christian Based” company that makes “Custom Built Saddle Pads” along with saddle pad liners, cinches and carries our own line of protective horse boots. We were established in 1999 by our Founder Elisabeth “Lis” OeDell, her Husband Steve OeDell and a family that loved horses. From a lifetime of riding experience at different levels, Lis believed that the time had come to do look outside the box of “One Size Fits All” and so she created a line of Custom Built saddle pads with the idea of comfort and performance to suit each horses individual needs.

Her goal was simple “create saddle pads that would serve all horses young, old, standard back to odd backed horses” by building Custom Built saddle pads that could compliment or compensate for correct or ill fitting saddles.

The dream of Team Equine became a labor of love that Lis created that began with her sewing out of a small tack room has grown over the years to become the standard bearer of quality in the Equine Industry. From the materials we hand select to the great Staff we employ , Team Equine is “Hand Sewn, Family Owned and Proud to Serve” horse owners of all types from English to Western riding.

We believe and strive for a customer first mentality from over 50 years of horsemanship experience to serve the Equine Industry, Horses and Horse Owners alike from our passion to create saddle pads and products we use and enjoy ourselves along with our group of Brand Ambassadors that ride and represent Team Equine across the United States of America.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your horses whether you are at the ranch, in a competition, training, or riding along a trail, we make saddle pads that are Custom Built to meet your horses needs and are Proudly Made in Molalla Oregon U.S.A.
When you see the TE brand know that you are riding True Excellence.

Thank You and God Bless.
